We are committed to developing educators. We hone educator's skills and improve their craft through various professional development opportunities, including Teacher Professional Development sessions, school-based workshops, individualized coaching, and summer training institute. We highlight the significance of mental health through Wellness Days, giving educators time off to concentrate on their personal lives. Additionally, we provide generous vacation policies, including a total of three weeks paid during Thanksgiving and the December holidays.
